Finally it happened! Pretty late this year we got some powder here in Styria and Salzburg. Definitely days for the old setup though, as there is practically no snow underneath that massive fluffy layer of champagne powder. Nice to ride again.

Hope all of you have fun days with these amounts of snow, watch out though, there will be some bluebird hours during the next days, but the snowlayer is really unstable, especially at higher elevations as there were strong winds. In the forest it’s still easy to hit on rocks or hidden treetrunks, keep your eyes open, even if there is a lot of spray in your face:) Some smaller pillow lines and drops are working already, make sure to check the landing first.
